Superior Toyota was a design-build collaboration between WSKF Architects and Miller Stauch Construction. The scope of new construction consisted of the addition of a two-story show room (approx. 3,900 sq. ft. ), built within the confines of the existing canopy and the addition of a new car delivery area (approx. 400 sq. ft.). The remainder of the building was also totally renovated. All of the interior walls were removed except the upstairs floor. Restrooms and spaces were also reconfigured. The result is a dealership with street-level appeal, highly functional space throughout and strong branding.
