Dealerships Designed by WSKF Architects Planned At Legends Auto Plaza

Two new auto dealerships designed by WSKF Architects will be part of the Legends Auto Plaza being developed in fast-growing western Kansas City, Kan.

The Premier Automotive ownership group turned to WSKF Architects for design of their Victory Ford and Victory Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/RAM dealerships planned as part of the 60-acre auto plaza. Both are scheduled to open in the summer of 2016.

“Our designs are distinct to the Victory dealerships while also blending the manufacturers’ brand and other guidelines and meeting requirements set forth by the Unified Government,” says Mark Spurgeon, the WSKF Architects principal leading the projects.

The 31,300-square-foot Victory Ford dealership will feature a large showroom, customer lounge, business development center, 22 service bays and a freestanding car wash that will serve both dealerships. The 27,500-square-foot Victory Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/RAM includes custom-designed sales and customer areas as well as 19 service bays.

WSKF and our engineering partners also integrated energy-efficient design strategies to reduce long-term operational costs as well as best management practices for on-site storm water retention and filtering.
