Platte Valley Industrial Park

Located at the southwest corner of I-635 and Missouri 9 Highway in Kansas City’s Northland area, this project has eleven tracts with rail service and ample parking. The site was filled to above the 100 year flood plain and features office/warehouse as well as pure office buildings. The uses have included manufacturing and some retail space in addition to the wholesale distribution facilities. Exteriors are either precast concrete or a combination of concrete and metal pane.
