As one of the nation’s largest suppliers of parts for Chevrolet trucks, this rapidly expanding company sought to relocate to a new facility in the Kansas City Northland. The new building was designed with precast concrete panels and a structural steel frame. The building has a large central show room, a manager’s office, an automotive garage, three additional offices, and a break room which is located in front of the main parts warehouse. A mezzanine area above the offices allows for additional storage space. The building was designed to be expanded to the west.
