WSKF Architects is proud to have served Northwest on a variety of projects — beginning with a campus master plan that guided and helped shape progress and development on the Maryville campus for more than two decades. After a fire damaged the Administration building, WSKF worked with campus leaders in restoring the historic building. That was followed by projects to restore Roberta Hall and Wells Hall. Our architects and interior designers led work on the 110,000-square-foot B.D. Owens Library, which was designed to house traditional library functions as well as the campus computer center and audiovisual instruction. That was followed closely by design of the Mary Linn Performing Arts Center, which seats 1,150 for a variety of performing arts events. The center’s support facilities include a stage lift, ticket office, faculty offices, dressing rooms, costume production and a scene shop. The Alumni House, also designed by WSKF, is the center of activity for the Office of University Advancement and the Northwest Foundation. In 2010, CHOICE/Current Reviews For Academic Libraries featured B.D. Owens Library on the publication’s cover, a reminder of the library’s enduring appeal.
