Victory Ford

This multi-state dealership ownership group turned to WSKF Architects for the design of this new Ford dealership and their adjacent 27,500-sf Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/RAM dealership. The facilities are part of the new 60-acre Legends Auto Plaza in fast-growing western Kansas City, Kanas. The new 31,300-sf Ford dealership includes a large showroom, customer lounge, business development center, and a service area tailored to Victory’s business plan. It includes 13 service bays, four quick service bays, three truck bays, and two for wash/detailing. There is also a parts mezzanine. A freestanding car wash will service both dealerships. The design for Victory Ford blends Ford’s latest dealership and branding guidelines with the requirements of the Unified Government of Kansas City, Kansas in terms of overall design and materials. WSKF worked with our engineering partners to lay out the 5-acre site for efficient vehicle flow and customer access and to incorporate best management practices for on-site stormwater retention and filtering. The design incorporates energy-efficient glazing and insulation, LED lighting, and high-efficiency HVAC systems to reduce long-term operational costs. The dealership also features an electric car charging station. Overall, the dealership will accommodate and display about 300 vehicles.
