Villa Ventura Senior Living

WSKF Architects was selected to provide renovation design services for the Villa Ventura Independent Living and Assisted Living facility as a result of our comprehensive experience and resident centered design philosophy for seniors. The original facility had not been comprehensively renovated since the original construction. The design played a significant role in the level of occupancy percentage moving from the high ’70s before renovation to the mid ’90s after renovation. WSKF completed a comprehensive interior design encompassing more than 114,000 sq. ft. of resident living and approximately 19,000 sq. ft. of commons area. WSKF worked closely with the general contractor throughout the design process to maximize the value achieved with the investment made by the owner.
