Town Village Sterling Heights is a 245-unit independent living facility for active seniors. A dramatic two-story lobby with a slate clad fireplace welcomes residents to a lively commons building. Amenities include a health and wellness center surrounded by an indoor pool, physicians space, a Village nook, aerobics and weight room, beauty salon, a formal dining room (for gourmet meals), a library with Internet access, an activity room and plenty of seating for casual socializing among residents. An open lobby with clerestory windows enhances the volume of this active space. Eight unique unit plans are offered, ranging from 500 to 977 square feet.
