A thorough renovation and modernization of the 102 units, both interior and exterior, enhanced the resort’s occupancy rate considerably. Larger balconies, more daylight, and updated finishes add amenities to the already luxurious location. A new “retail village” now occupies the former drop-off area at the center of the development.
