How We Advance Senior Care/Living Facility Design

As the leader of our senior care/living design team, Dalyn Novak brings expertise and experience from designing and leading a wide array of senior living projects.  We continue to build on the knowledge and expertise gained from having designed more 4,000 units and 40 new, renovated or expanded senior care communities. Our approach to senior care facility design is one of balancing the needs of residents and those of owners/operators. Resident considerations include privacy, comfort, dignity, safety and security. Owner/operator considerations include market and brand positioning, operational and staff needs, first and long-term costs, and maintenance. Our approach to design begins with the simple notion of listening. Our process begins with something seemingly simple: listening.
