John has practiced architecture for over 30 years and has been part of the WSKF Architects staff and leadership since 1996. He leads our work with churches and recreational facilities. Other areas of depth include higher education facilities, hospitality, and a range of commercial projects. He produces highly detailed designs and excels at finding creative solutions to clients’ facility needs and goals. He is active in Rotary in Kansas City, Kansas, and has served as a local leader in Boy Scouts, including troop and council leadership roles, camp sessions at H. Roe Bartle, and fundraising. Dalyn is the first female President/Principal in WSKF’s 57+ history. She has been an integral part of the WSKF team for 19 years and has been with the firm her entire career. Novak became an owner and principal in 2019. She is also a national leader in designing public safety facilities such as fire, police, EMS, and dispatch facilities. Novak has extensive experience in other areas, such as government, higher education, senior care, and commercial projects. She enjoys working closely with clients to achieve their vision and project goals. Dalyn is actively involved in various community boards and has held leadership positions in Rotary since 2015. In her spare time, you can find her living the country life and helping her husband tend to their honeybees.
