The City of Leavenworth contracted WSKF Architects to design their new Water Pollution Control Administrative Building, along with Kaaz
Construction Co. as a design-build project. While the existing site included a floodplain area, the new office building site is outside of the floodplain.
The 2,370 SF building includes two offices, water testing lab, training and conference rooms, open office work stations, and a kitchenette area. We also designed a covered patio and small garage space for equipment.
The exterior of the building is made of metal siding and metal panel roofs for long-term durability. The colors of the building match the rest of the WPC campus.
